Our Refund Guarantee

We offer a 7-day refund if ChargeCatch's OCR scanner detects zero (0) subscriptions from your uploaded statement. If you scan a clear screenshot and we find nothing, email us at support@chargecatch.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

What ChargeCatch Does

ChargeCatch uses OCR (optical character recognition) to detect subscriptions visible in your uploaded screenshot. We do not auto-cancel subscriptions for you. We provide step-by-step scripts — you make the calls and cancel them yourself.

OCR accuracy depends on screenshot quality. We recommend clear, well-lit screenshots with visible merchant names and amounts. Charges not detected by OCR can be added manually in the tracker.

What's Not Covered

  • Refunds requested after 7 days of purchase
  • Cases where OCR detected at least 1 subscription (the product worked as described)
  • Dissatisfaction with individual cancel script outcomes — scripts are based on public reports and results vary
  • Poor screenshot quality that prevented detection

How to Request a Refund

Email support@chargecatch.com with your purchase email address within 7 days. We'll process it within 3-5 business days.

Cancel Anytime

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges — it does not trigger a refund for time already paid.
